A wealth consulting practice

Wealth,
woven with purpose.

Every layer of your financial life, structured with precision, carried with warmth, built for life.

The question we start with

“What is your wealth actually for?

Most money conversations begin with risk appetite, time horizons, monthly investment capacity. Sutrartha starts with a different question, and that changes everything.

The financial picture comes after. The formula follows the purpose.

The origin

The story

“I grew up with doctor parents. Before I understood money, I understood service.”

Watching my parents show up for people at their most vulnerable, with everything they had, every time, shaped something in me long before I could name it. I started as an engineer. Trained to see complexity as a system, to find the formula inside the chaos.

COVID gave that understanding a direction. In those months, I watched families navigate devastating health crises, only to be shattered further by something invisible: financial illiteracy. The illness could be treated. The financial collapse that followed often could not.

That is what drove me into personal finance. Not a career pivot. A calling shaped by the same values I was raised with: show up for people where they are most vulnerable, with precision and with care. The same spirit of service. A different domain.

Sutrartha
सूत्रार्थ

“A sutra is not just a formula. It is a thread, and like all threads, it is only as strong as what it holds together.”

In Sanskrit, a sutra is literally a thread: condensed, precise, carrying maximum meaning in minimum words. Artha is one of the four Purusharthas, the goals of a complete life, meaning wealth, purpose, and the material foundation through which a fully lived life becomes possible.

The word Sutrartha appears in Shaiva philosophical texts dating back over a thousand years. Not a name invented for a brand, but a Sanskrit compound that has waited, precisely, for this practice.

The vision

“To be the most trusted wealth consulting practice in India, for people who want their wealth to mean something.

Warmth

Money is a deeply human matter. We bring the same care to your money that you bring to the life it exists to support.

Continuity

Common questions

Everything you want to know before starting.

Do I need to be based in India?

No. Sutrartha works with clients across India and globally. All consultations are virtual, wherever you are in the world.

Is there a minimum investment to get started?

There is no minimum. We start with a discovery conversation, no preparation needed, no commitment required.

How do Sutrartha’s specialist partners work?

You have one point of contact, Renu, who holds your complete financial picture. For each service domain, Sutrartha works with trusted specialist firms. You never manage multiple relationships. Everything is coordinated around your single integrated picture.

What exactly is a second look?

An honest look at how your existing financial setup is organised: investments, insurance, or structure. No obligation to change anything. Many people sense something is off but can’t name it. A second look helps surface the gaps.

What is Sutrartha Junior?

An elite financial literacy programme being developed for students in Grades 6-8. It teaches children the fundamentals of money through a structured curriculum. Launching on its own platform at sutrartha.com.

How do I get started?

A discovery conversation, and that is it. No forms to fill, no documents to prepare, no commitment required. Just reach out via the contact page and we will schedule a call.

A Sutrartha initiative

Sutrartha
Junior

Teaching the language of money before the world does it wrong.

What it is

An elite financial literacy programme for children in Grades 6-8.

Most children learn about money the hard way, through mistakes, bad habits, and advice they never got early enough. Sutrartha Junior exists to change that.

Built on the same values that drive Sutrartha (precision, warmth, and structure), this is a curriculum that teaches children how money actually works, how decisions compound over time, and how to build a foundation of financial confidence before adulthood.

Because the best financial habits start before adulthood. And the best time to learn is before the world teaches it wrong.

A Sutrartha initiative

The philosophy

Three things every child should know before they earn their first rupee.

01
How money works

Not just saving: understanding how money grows, how compounding rewards patience, and why starting early changes everything. The concepts no school teaches but every adult wishes they knew.

02
How decisions compound

Every financial choice, small or large, creates a direction. Sutrartha Junior teaches children to see the long-term shape of short-term decisions, building the habit of thinking ahead.

03
That wealth has a purpose

The Sutrartha belief that wealth exists to serve a life, not the other way around, starts here. Children learn that money is a tool. The question is always what it is for.

Bring it to your community

Interested in bringing Sutrartha Junior to your school or community?

Sutrartha Junior is being offered as a specialised programme for schools, parent groups, and community organisations. If you want to bring structured financial literacy to the young people in your circle, reach out.
