COVID gave that a direction. I watched families get through health crises, only to be shattered by financial illiteracy. The illness could be treated. The financial collapse often could not.
That is what drew me to personal finance. Not a career change, a calling. The same spirit of service, in a different field.
The meaning behind Sutrartha
“A sutra is not just a formula. It is a thread, and like all threads, it is only as strong as what it holds together.”
In Sanskrit, a sutra is a principle said in the fewest words. Artha is one of the four Purusharthas, the goals of a complete life: wealth, and the means to live well.
The word appears in Shaiva texts over a thousand years old. It wasn’t invented for a brand. It was waiting for this practice.
